Murilo
Benicío (32) is one of the most popular film- and tv- stars
in Brazil. He was nominated for a Brazilian Oscar for his main
part in de films Orfeu, Até Que a Vida Nos Separe en Amores
Posiveis. Furthermore he played in movies like The Man of the
Year, Sexo, Amor e Traicão and Os Matadores. In 2000 Benicío
made his Hollywood debut co-starring with Penélope Cruz in the
film Woman on Top.
The
French Anne Charrier made her filmdebut in PAID. Her resumé
includes the tv-production Le Prix de l’Honneur and the short
film Argent Content en Lucie.
Tom
Conti (63) received the NBR Award for his part in Reuben
Reuben and Merry Christmas Mr.Lawrence. For his part in Reuben
Reuben he was nominated for an Oscar and a Golden Globe. The
British film and theatre actor received a Tony award for his
leading role in the play Whose Life Is It Anyway. Conti was also
to be seen in films as The Duellists, Saving Grace, the awarded
Shrily Valentine and in tv-productions such as Madame Bovary,
The Glittering Prizes and Norman Conquests.
Guy
Marchand (67) won a César for his part in Garde à Vue and
was nominated for his part in Noyade Interdite, Coup de Foudre
and Loulou. The French actor was also to be seen in films such
as Coup de Torchon, Plein Sud, Tendre Poulet, Le voyage de Noces,
Cousin, Cousine and Une Belle Fille Comme Moi.
Corbin
Bernsen (50) received two Emmy- and two Golden
Globe-nominations for his role as the divorce attorney Arnie
Becker in the successful tv- series L.A. Law. Since his debut in
1974 the American actor starred in films such as S.O.B., Major
League, Shattered, The Killing Box, The New Age, Radioland
Murders, The Great White Hype and The Dentist and in hit tv-shows
like Ryan's Hope, The Young and the Restless and General
Hospital.
The
Italian film and theatre actor Beppe Clerici took part in
the mini- series Frank Riva and Via Mala and films as La Cage,
Astérix et Obélix contre César, Le Cri de la Soie, La Corsa
dell'innocente, Domani Accadrà and Il Camorrista.
Marie-France Pisier (60) was rewarded with Césars for her
part in Barocco, Cousin, Cousine en Souvenirs d'en France. The
French actress made her debut in 1962 in L'amour à Vingt Ans.
From here on she played in films as Baisers Volés, Céline et
Julie Vont en Bateau, Le Fantôme de la Liberté, Der Zauberberg,
L'as des As, Pourquoi pas Moi? and Le temps Retrouvé.
In
2003 Tygo Gernandt (30) won a Gouden Kalf for his leading
role in Van God Los. He made his filmdebut in Angie and played a
role in Naar de klote!, Soul Assassin and De Dominee.
Furthermore he played in several tv-shows like Fort Alpha,
Combat and De garage and co-starred in Kees & Co, Spangen, Toen
Was Geluk Heel Gewoon, All Stars and Baantjer.
Manouk van der Meulen (43) recently played a part in the tv-series
De Erfenis. In her earlier years she starred in popular shows
like Onderweg Naar Morgen, Vrouwenvleugel and Spijkerhoek. She
made her filmdebut in 1982 in Sprong Naar de Liefde and played a
role in De Boezemvriend, Moord in Extase, Zoeken naar Eileen,
Lost in Amsterdam, Walhalla, Hufters & Hofdames and
Rent-a-Friend.
The resumé of Helmert Woudenberg (59) includes films such
as Polleke, Van God Los, Amsterdamned, Een Zwoele Zomeravond,
Opname, Max Havelaar, Frank & Eva and Blue Movie and the tv-show
Wilhelmina en Otje. He was one of the founders of the legendary
Werktheater and was the artistic leader of the Arnhemse
Toneelgroep Theater. Nowadays Woudenberg is a teacher, director
and freelance actor. Among his work he has seven impressive solo
performances including De Hel.
Hajo
Bruins (45) played in Iris en Oude Tongen. As a theatre
actor he was connected to the Toneelgroep Theater, RO Theater
and Toneelgroep Amsterdam. On television Bruins starred in
Deining, Polonaise and the series In Naam der Koningin, Russen,
12 Steden13 Ongelukken, Baantjer and Coverstory.
Peggy Jane de Schepper (33) starred in popular tv-shows as
Goede Tijden Slechte Tijden, Costa!, Hij & Julia and co-starred
in Westenwind and Baantjer. In cinemas she was seen in Costa!
