SYNOPSIS
PAID is a gangster movie based on the French ‘film noir’ of the
late sixties.
The Brazilian Michel Angelo is a former hit man who has turned
his back on his old life. When his master Giuseppe Trimboni
contacts him, he gets persuaded to do a final job in Amsterdam.
He gets involved in a drugwar and meets callgirl Paula Gireaux.
They both regret the choices they made in their lives. After a
violent shooting they meet a Brazilian boy named Luis and get
inspired to make a new start in life.
Paula’s fate lies in the hands of drugbaron Rudi Dancer with
whom she has an evil deal. For their freedom and the life of
Luis, a high price must be paid. |
